Yoga adapts to YOU, no matter how you are and it's all about you.
Give yourself a break!
You have back pain, a stiff neck, tense shoulders? Every now and then or even permanently?
You are restless, feel hollowed out or nervous?
You feel good all around? Great. You want it to stay that way and just want to do something good for yourself? Great.
Yoga can help you. Yoga is only one possibility of course - but a good and ancient movement teaching that can give you relief or even freedom from pain, that gives you a good feeling and the yoga after-glow. In which you are allowed to be how and who you are.
You don't like chichi, tinkling music and incense? You prefer to listen to Slayer, Type O Negative, Architects or the like? You have problems finding your favorite band shirt between all the black clothes?
Then you are in good hands at Schwαrzen Yoga!
Come on, get up!
Yes, of course! Almost all of the current yogis have not done yoga before - be open and curious and wear something comfortable.
All are welcome here. If you are recovering from an injury/illness, please ask your doctor if yoga is possible for you.
If you are pregnant, you are also welcome - but I have no in-depth pregnancy yoga training.
Me neither... but that's not the point and it's not necessary at all. Yoga can increase flexibility, but most of all, it should make you feel good, improve your body awareness and be fun.
You are welcome to drop by, but I find it nicer to know how many people I can expect and am happy as punch about registrations from new people. If you are a regular yogi at some point, you don't need this anymore - then it's better to sign out, because I prepare the room and lay out enough mats.
This also applies to the trial lesson.
All kinds of Metal - I'm always open for music wishes and recommendations and in addition to that dark ambient, drone, hardrock or something nice mystical, melancholic from other genres.
Just check out the playlists at Spotify under schwarzesyoga...
Come by and find out!
If that's too ristky for you, check out the press section first (at the bottom under "What, when and where").
Most people pay directly on the spot, but you can also transfer the money (for example for a 10-card) to me or pay via PayPal.
No, I am not certified for that.
Of course.
No matter what your bodfy type, yoga is always possible and offers so many variations or modifications that actually anyone can do it.
Definitely. Yoga even often supports the other sports by increasing body awareness, stretching shortened muscles or releasing tension.
No. Not with my course, since hatha yoga burns about as many calories as a good walk in my 66.6 minutes.
Power yoga certainly has other options, but I don't offer that.
