Hatha yoga and music from the dark scene, primarily metal of all genres and hard rock, garnished with dark ambient or drone.

Hatha is a static style of yoga, which means we are not flowing all the time, but are standing or lying around, breathing, looking good and having fun doing so, because there is always someone making a witty remark.

Welcome are all who find themselves here musically - age, gender, religion and fitness level do not matter.

Schwαrzes Yoga is lovingly guided, variations and modifications are just as much a part of the lessons as sensibly used aids.
